Kirsty is a qualified coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, and an excellent communicator.

Based in North Yorkshire, Kirsty fully understands the demands that life in this fast changing, hard working society can place on people. 

With an extensive background in business, particularly in the field of banking and finance, her proven leadership skills include managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve and exceed challenging sales results in a fast paced industry. She was also heavily involved in two major restructures of the business and was responsible for recruitment and strategic planning for her division in the North East. 

Kirsty has always been motivated by helping people to achieve their very best and this has ultimately led her into setting up her own coaching practice.
